woo. the last sunday of 2007!

THE CHRISTMAS
after work, went to my cousin for buffet. she always like to have family gathering. and i super love her house. owns 5 storey k!? LOL.

b2 is a car park whereby you go down and you can get your car. unlike those carpark that you have to search for you car.
b1 its the maid's room. the maid owns the b1. MY GOD.
follow by level 1 - the living room.
2nd floor the master room and kid's.
3rd? the roof top. half-open space roof.

the 1st time i went there i feel like im at some chalet or holiday inn. HAHA.
even my aunties are lazy to climb up so high. but i feel sad for the maid. poor thing. have to do cleaning until SIAO can!!

well, when i first saw my grandma, i feel like crying. she became soo thin, sitting at the wheelchair and she rarely can recognise me. i just keep holding her hand and talk to her even she dont answer me. overall, saw alot of relatives and its good to have this kind of gathering. =)

around 10 plus, went over boat quay "ALL IN" to find wilfred and lots of friends blablabla... kinda fun la with wilfred's entertainment. LOL. its been long since i last saw him. party all the way. and they were spraying the foams. my god. hate that to the core. being spray alil. then, edwin came. took lots of picture with them.

on the 27th Dec, baby's birthday, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
get him a pullover from zara, which he wanted for so long. =) we are suppose to meet at 8 and i late for 45 mins. sorry. watched movie at amk, alvin & the chipsmunk. they were so cute.... after that home sweet home.


28th Dec - my company had a party at MOS. they book the lounge for our retro night. and of cause the theme is RETRO. woolala. i love the dance floor! so nice. recall back to my 18th birthday wish, was to go MOS. LOL. lameshit. free flow drinks for the night and my collegues get sooo much of double shot vodka. one by one, bottoms up. tasted suck but no choice. retro is fun! after ten, no more free drinks and we went over to the smoove. i can swear that, that is the first time i went clubbing and had so much fun. kept dancing all the way. even im sooo tired i still carry on. and for now, i admire those girls singer, dancing all the way with high heels. its really tiring and pain can!!? my god, but most important is i had fun~


in da office, i cant wait for the party.

29th Dec - weishan wakes me up from my dreams and wanted me accompany her shopping. had ichiban for our lunch and look for some D&D dresses. after trying out the dresses at the 2nd shop, weishan couldnt find her phone. her phone lost. she's feeling so pissed. accompany her back home to charge another phone as her old line haven terminate yet. at her home, we had some cockles. and 1 big plate, i finish it 3/4 of it. DELICIOUS. haha. went back amk to look for necessary stuff and i had my ears pierced.

past few days, i suddenly have the urge of piercing. the tongue, tummy and ears. i did my first step. which one is the following? LOL. the pain is shiok la. and sometime i feel that im nuts.
after piercing, went kpool for some rounds. blablabla. at mac, saw sister, feng and bin. stayed at there chatting with them and weishan went to find yunzhi, yumei they all.









oh well,

1. Lose weight with water.Water is essential for everybody - it is also the key to losing weight. If you haven't been drinking enough water, your body has developed a pattern of storing water. This water retention equals extra unwanted weight.

By drinking more water, you are not only flushing out toxins, you are also teaching your body that it no longer needs to store water. Drink at least 60 ounces of water (about 8 glasses) a day. Boil water and sliced lemons, and drink this throughout the day to help with fluid retention. If you are still not sold on the merits of water, try this on for size: water is a natural appetite suppressant.

2. Soup up your weight loss program. A simple dietary change will have you shedding pounds: eat a bowl of soup at least once a day. Nutritious, low-salt soups will nourish you as they flush waste from your body. People who eat a serving of soup daily lose more weight than those who eat the same amount of calories but don't eat soup. Go for homemade soup whenever possible, as canned soups are loaded with salt and chemicals.

3. Eat early to keep weight off.The human body follows a circadian rhythm, which means that the same foods eaten at breakfast and lunch are processed differently than when eaten at dinner. Studies show that when you eat your daily protein and fat at breakfast you tend to lose weight and have more energy; however, eating the same things at dinner tend to increase tendencies toward weight gain. I suggest that you eat your last meal of the day by 7 p.m.

4. Eat smaller meals, more frequently.Follow an eating schedule with five little meals every day. Eating steadily through the day keeps you from becoming famished and overeating at your next meal. Make a low-fat trail mix from raw almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried plum, and apples and have it available at all times to avoid the tempting lure of high-calorie snacks.

5. Adopt a balanced approach to your diet.Most of the fad diet programs out there nowadays are extreme in a few recommended foods, or else deprive the body of food altogether. This works in opposition to our metabolism and the results usually don't last, producing a yoyo effect that depresses your metabolic function - not to mention your self-esteem. We are natural beings that need a balance of nutrition from all sources.

Your diet should consist of a balance of organic sources of lean protein, complex carbohydrates, whole grains, legumes, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. Instead of white rice and pasta, opt for brown rice, bulgur, millet, or buckwheat.
Eat more green, chlorophyll-rich foods such as broccoli, kale, spinach, and asparagus. Eliminate candy, sugar, soda, and all simple sugars from your diet. Excess sugar ends up being stored as fat in your body, which results in weight gain. Also, keep dairy to a minimum because most dairy products are high in saturated fat. Avoid fatty foods, processed or fried foods.

6. Walk off the weight.The No. 1 cause of weight gain is inactivity. Physical activity is the key to speeding up your metabolism and burning excess calories. The best way to be physically active is to use your legs! Walk as often and as long as you can. Always take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Step outside during your break at work and take a walk around your building. Consider joining a local hiking club. Try taking a walk 30 minutes in the morning or 30 minutes in the early evening.

3. Eat your last meal of the day by 7 p.m.
4. Five little meals every day.
5. Avoid fatty foods, processed or fried foods, eat more green.

Those who never argue with me are those who understand how I feel.

The most disappointing thing is, I had this close friend of mine since primary 1. What she does is, called one of my close friends to check whether I said anything about this argument. Instead of concerning about me, she checks out on what I have said. If you really wanna know what I have said, just confront with me. Dun do stupid thing like asking around la, this will only make me feel that you are “kpo-ing”. You can direct to me instead.

There’s nothing I want for now. LIFE SUCKS.

Today it’s Christmas Eve, my workplace a lot are giving out cookies, donuts, chocos, sweets and cakes. Almost all are chocolate flavour. Very soon, sore throat is looking me alrr. Chocos seasons, (too much chocos) *puke

Current feeling so sucks. not that I dun like Christmas but something from family , making me so pissed off. F*** up one. I hate this kind of feeling. This few days seems like running away from home. I can see that my mum is upset due to everyday argument at home, sorry. Hmm.. Today got no choice; have to go over to my cousin house.

What are friends for? Everyone should know it. But somehow people are so funny.
Jealousy - mental uneasiness from suspicion or fear of rivalry, unfaithfulness.

Yes, people do feel jealousy and some are having evil mindset, they would do anything just to snatch it from you. Even they don’t get it, they are still happy as you don’t get it too. I tried to close one eye as I still want this relationship. People who know me well, I can be very mean. But still… I remain silent.

This “knot” I will always remember in my heart. Cause no one knows how that feels. Never will I forget this. =) nothing can amend the wrong you had done. I had enough! I may have a lot of friends. In my heart, true friends are unknown… and I’ll never know.

ha. again, slack awhile and blog. hmmm, past few week was so stress about my work and seem like everything also cock up. finally its over. hoping wont be so much stress.

today im super tired lo. argh. slept at 3 hours only. yesterday was kinda fun day. yumei rent a car for our outing. we went shopping at town, vivo, tuas den jurong.

bought a dress again. HEHE. and im aiming to buy a new bag and a pair of jeans.

went vivo, yumei was like buying so much stuffs from action city. that part i shop with her was funny lor! carried so big bag.

went tuas. they said there's nice sea view. over there was so big and deserted, and im so anxious to "test" the car. finally i drive up to speed 60 and learn how to change gear. HAHA! the feeling is shiok one lo. now im having the urge to book my ftt again. LOL.

went jurong, as it was near tuas, so we went to see the "monkey" tree. saw quite a few of trees with "weird" face. kinda eerie.

im going to have my lunch soon.

my favourite day!

rested at home, slept almost a day.

just had my dinner with my mum at home. i love accompanying her to eat.
as for last week, we were chatting about my childhood.
now i know how greedy i am when im small. LOL.

everyone will aged and become lonely.
to do my part as a daughter, accompany her is very least.
but for my busy working schedule, the least i do is this. =/

i make a promise to myself that every sunday or any day, i must accompany her.

im at home! apply for leave to stay at home and rest. having flu and cough.

overall my job still okay. but my partner had applied leave until NEXT YEAR. cant imagine!! im going to suffer.

met chris at vivo. had our dinner at "hei she hui" BOSSES. at first we went in tot no customer but went inside, it almost full house. we ate the speciality and XO fried rice. we seated at the view towards Sentosa (sea view)

gorgeous. its last about 20 to 30 mins.
everyone were asking why there are fireworks.
i heard one of the staff said, its Vivocity One Year Anniversary.
(i got the video but the file too big =/)




after the fireworks, continue our meals. chris wanted to go to the toilet, he came out very fast so i asked him why so fast. he said nothing. when my turn to go, i felt like im a idiot! LOL
cause there's a toilet sign. but when you went in, you dunno where's the toilet. all over are mirrors. you have to push the mirror one by one. so funny!
